You're Invited: CALeDNA Updates Meeting Friday, July 10th
Researchers are excited to showcase work they've been up to, thanks in part to our community scientists
Log on this Friday, July 10th at 11AM PST to hear what our team is working on behind-the-scenes!
We hope that you and your families are staying safe while maintaining proper social distancing protocols. Our in-person events may be paused for now, but our online presence is gearing up to provide more opportunities to participate in some of our diverse work!
This Friday, July 10th at 11AM PST, we’re hosting a public CALeDNA updates meeting where our team members will give updates on new projects, recent accomplishments, and answer any questions you may have during the meeting. This is a chance for anyone interested in CALeDNA to get a preview of how eDNA samples collected by our phenomenal team of community scientists have helped get a better understanding of biodiversity as a whole. We’ll announce our latest project along the Los Angeles River, discuss how over 1,000 samples with eDNA results made it online, and highlight what our newest undergraduates are working on. Plus, you’ll hear about the results of several research projects!
Invite a friend, bring a snack, and join us via Zoom this Friday:
